I have just invested in under floor heating for three of the rooms in our house and in this article I will be writing about just how amazing it is to have this type of flooring.
To start with I would like to point out that as a family we are not made of money (we are however not exactly poor). I have recently had a windfall – I was left a tidy sum in one of my Aunt’s will (Auntie Joy). She was a delightful lady who spent a lot of time looking after me when I was a young child. She has seemingly been very fond of me ever since.
I have been interested in having water underfloor heating after visiting a high class hotel that had it. I will never forget how impressed I was by it and how much I loved the feeling of the heat on my feet – my wife was also rather taken by it.
So when I learned about my windfall there was only one thing that I wanted to do with the money and Auntie Joy had stated that she wanted me to enjoy the money rather than just save it or invest it.
We contacted a company via the internet to install the underfloor heating in our two bathrooms and in the conservatory. They have been an excellent form of heat ever since and we have been using the central heating in these rooms on a far less frequent basis.
The kids now think that we are rich and that we are posh. Their play room has now been changed from our front room to the conservatory – I am not sure why!
In conclusion I would most certainly recommend other people to install electric underfloor heating as it is absolutely superb.
